  • What days can I hire Eddie?

    Eddie is available for hire 7 days a week subject to availability. 

  • What areas do you service?

    The packages listed on the website service the Moreton Bay, Brisbane City, Redland City and Logan City council areas. 


    If you're location is outside of the above council areas, please contact us to chat about your booking requirements.

  • Can I request a custom package?

    Absolutely! Contact us to chat about your custom booking request.  

  • How many people fit in Eddie?

    Eddie can legally fit 5 passengers plus the driver, however for comfort, we recommend a maximum of 3-4 people. 

  • Can children who require a car seat ride in Eddie?

    Unfortunately, we are unable to put car seats in Eddie. This means children under the age of 7 are unable to ride in Eddie. 

  • What happens if I go over my booking time?

    We discuss your day in detail with you beforehand to ensure the right amount of time has been booked, so this rarely happens. We do allow up to 30 minutes of overtime across the entirety of your booking without charge.  

  • What happens if Eddie experiences a mechanical problem?

    Although Eddie is maintained and checked over regularly, just like any car, the unexpected can happen. In the event of Eddie breaking down or unexpectedly becoming unavailable, we will provide a full refund.
